what type of precious stone is this?
It’s an older ring and it’s set in pure silver. The stone I’m talking about is almost brown when not in the light and has a line through about the middle of it where it changes to a lighter color. When it’s put in the light it has different colors in it like green. It has the sort of colors in that an opal would.
